Helping Mitch keep the good word out there. If you haven't subscribed to this Mag yet, you're missing a good read. Well done, good quality and a nice blend of street, dirt and race stories. Issue #2 should be out shortly, and I'm looking forward to it. [8D]

I just got my hands on Moto Retro and really enjoyed the entire issue. Being that Tom White is one of my heroes I especially enjoyed the article on Tom, his Museum, and especially his journey thru life.
This issue also contained a nice story about the Hodaka Super Rat written by POG member Paul Stannard, nice job Paul...

I called the number to do a phone subscription and to my surprise the main man Mitch Boehm answered. We had a nice chat, did the subscription deal, then we started to discuss a story about JP and the Penton motorcycle.  Turns out Mitch is an Ohio boy and he would love to do an article.  He is going to touch base with JP and Jack in Vegas this weekend and then he wants to fly in and spend some time in Amherst. He has yet to read the JP book so one will be in the mail to him today.

He said he is committed to doing the story and said to let you guys know his intentions, so if you see Mitch be sure to encourage (hassel [8D]) him.

I saw Mitch a couple weeks ago at the COmpetitive Edge race here in California.  He is back racing again after that nasty crash he had a few months ago.  He will probably be out at Glen Helen on January 10 for our next race, and I will encourage (pester) him when I see him.

Thanks, guys, for the kind words!

I spoke to JP and Jack in Vegas and we all agreed I need to get to Ohio for the story.

When I gave JP a copy of the magazine during the concours, he held on to it and wouldn't give it back. I had more copies in my van, so I let him have it. It was pretty funny ;)

Anyway, hope you're all keeping warm. Talk soon,

Mitch

Anyone know what happened to Mitch?? I've sent multiple inquiries as to when the next issue is suppose to hit my mail box with zero responses. Just wondering if he's injured or just to busy to answer. Thx

I just got an email from Mitch a couple days with a picture of the cover,( Kenny Roberts), of the next edition. He said it just went to the printer.
