1. Have you contacted Bing directly?

2. Try this seller on eBay....it might be a lead.

Thanks guys... it seems carbs other than the Bing are harder to dial in due to the angle the carb mounts, and resulting attitude of the fuel bowl / float. It will be cool to have the stock setup on the bike "vintage " :D I sure hope someone can scrounge on up [:p]

Charles,
During the restoration on my 74 Harescrambler a few years ago I was unable to locate a new fiber sleeve. I ended applying a few wraps of teflon plumbers tape on the spigot and it's been to be fine so far.

Make them out of Felpro gasket material.  They will flex, no holes in them, and you can get any thickness.  Available at finer auto parts stores;)

Charles.  The fiber sleeve you need for a Bing 54.I have a sleeve i removed from a Bing 54  54/36/108. I checked another Bing 54 that i have 54/38/101 it has the same sleeve as the 36. These sleeves are not the thin fiber sleeves but looks like they are made from delrin material. The O.D. is 49mm and the I.D. is 45 mm, material is 23mm thick. The fiber sleeve is a lot thinner. I would send you one if you think it would work. I don't know why the sleeves are different somebody out there will.
