Title: Not Penton but Sachs engined
Post by: t20sl on February 03, 2010, 01:48:00 PM
1972 DKW Enduro 125 with 176 original miles and looks almost new.  Ohio title.  Can see on Mark's Vintage site.   $3000.

Can bring to POG AMA meeting if someone is truly interested.  Live about 10 minutes away.  Weather permitting.  Not taking it out on wet streets.

Thanks Ron but that is pretty much the conditon I purchased it in.  No paint work or plating has ever been done.  I put in NOS motoplat to get spark again, red wire coil, NOS foot pegs (had aftermarket toothed style) repro handlebars ( had higher wider cross bar type) Fixed light switch knob and replaced KS rubber.  Original owner kept it in dry storage which helped a lot. Original Metzlers and no dry cracking either!.  Even has the seller dealer's original sticker on side cover.  More photo's available if anyone wants them.

Very nice bike wow. I have a 69 that says Sach's all over it, but it dosen't look that nice.
Does anybody know where I can get a set of chain adjusters and the backing plates for one  also?
