Hey Guys,
We need some help for Jerry. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer a few weeks ago and was receiving treatment, but the cancer has spread into his lungs.
Jerry desperately needs all of the prayers we can muster to get him through this grave period. He is currently in an induced coma and the next 48 hour are critical.
Please offer up whatever prayers you can possible put forward for his recovery.
Given the circumstances, if you want to send emails, please send them to me and I will get them to Jerry's wife, Nancy. My email is //
[email protected].
Thanks to all of for your prayers.
Tony Friedel
Thanks Tony and here is an update:
Hi everyone. I am writing with the most recent update. I just spoke with Jerry's oncologist a little bit ago. Jerry is stable but truly critical. They feel that his lung issues are due to the type of cancer he has and the volume of cancer in the lungs. They feel the chemo is breaking up the tumors but they are of the type that can hemmorage. They are doing what they can to keep him stable. He is in an induced coma so he is totally unaware of his situation - probably a very good thing. We will have a much better idea of anticipated outcomes over the next 48 hours. I will keep you posted. The doctor still feels that the cancer can be successfully treated but Jerry needs to be able to get through this lung challenge. At present, his chances of getting throught this are 50/50.
Please continue to keep Jerry in your thoughts and prayers.
Nancy

It breaks my heart to announce the passing of Jerry Casciero early this morning.
The cancer was very aggressive and further complications ensued that resulted in a battle that Jerry was unable to overcome.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Nancy and daughter, Dasha, his parents and sister.
GOD SPEED JERRY.
Tony Friedel
GodSpeed Jerry,
My condolences to his family.
It has been a trying time here lately, and I pray that his family will be able to remember the good times they had, and the future the Lord will be able to give them.

Hello, Thomas asked that I post a brief note to let Jerry's family know that we are very sorry for their loss. There are truly no words that can sufficiently ease their pain at this time but we will pray for the peace and comfort that only God can provide.
Our hearts are with them,
