Has any recieved swap meet regestration forms or know where to locate them on the inter-net.On the AMA site it states a pdf form will be avilable shortly,that was some time ago.Thanks

The forms were not online yet so I contacted the AMA last Friday and was told that the vendor packets were due to be mailed out on Mar. 12. I'd say to look for them to arrive by mail and be online in a week or so.
