Okay John Borer, if this sells for asking price - it's a candidate for the Ebay Report.

Wait, wait ,wait, you mean those metzlers i took off my 79 are worth big bucks?

Another e-bay listing I like is a 6-day rear mounting bracket for around $20 or something like that, which is really 1/2 electrical conduit bracket.

Has anyone seen the yellow Penton gas tank which just sold for $500+ on Ebay?   Sometimes, the last piece of the puzzle is the hardest to find, it seems.   I think the same seller previously had a 125 Sachs cylinder listed at $350.   It was a nice cylinder on standard bore, he claimed.  Price now is $250.  Maybe not a bad price if the alternative is to resleeve one's cylinder.

I think that tank went overseas to our "original-crazy" friends who are very into perfect restoration and for whom the exchange rate still provides a monetary advantage.  That tank was not yellow gel coat but was painted (at factory apparently) over Six Day green gel coat.  So yes it apparently was original but not exactly a wonderful finish.  The side plates went for big money too.
