Hi Guys, I'm in need of a 38mm top triple clamp for a 1981 era KTM that mounts the bars over the fork caps...not the swept back type. I've included a picture of what I need for a visual aid...unfortunately the clamp pictured is 40mm :(.

Not to stral the topic. Is there an advantage to haveing the bar mount over the tubes?
