I have most of a 1974.5 Penton Mint 400.  I bought this from a fellow POG member with the intentions of rebuilding / restoring it and sending my dad to the Penton rally on it.  I have mostly all of the bike with the exception of wheels, brakes, bars and hand controls. I do have a complete frame, swing arm, air box, motor, carb, forks, exhaust, watermelon tank, and toaster tank.  

I have a lot of projects at home and at the time can't handle everything.  I wanted to offer this bike / opportunity to another POG member.  I will only sell everything together and will not part anything out.  Chuck did a lot of work in gathering parts to this bike and I made a promise to him that it would become a running machine, I would expect the same from anyone who buys it.

to anyone else thats interested in this machine, i can attest to the time and effort chuck purrington put in to gathering the pieces/parts.if someone wants to purchase it and have it completed including whatever the motor would need, feel free to drop me a line at the above mentioned email address. i've done a few other machines the last couple of years for some other guys and have had no complaints from anyone that i've built them for.
