yes i did! i checked it before that race and thought that i had about a half a tank. there were multiple classes in that moto and i had about a 1 minute lead on every one else. i was the only one in my class but i didn't know it until after that heat when the results were posted. obviously, this year,i take my CC results much more seriously thank i have for the mx points this year. pretty embarrassing to say the least. it will take a while to live this one down. the news made it to diamond don in texas yesterday already. thanks for bustin' my chops on this before i even make it home.  [B)] chi jer

Here's my moment of the day except for a dump in the sand around the first corner on the Cheney.  Evidently I had inched too far forward  and all the gates dropped but the one caught on my front tire [:0]

thats amherst's todd morain on the 84 bike that i built. he was the overall leading rider in the vintage cc and thats me on the 55f bike.  i talked jim kuhns into riding kevin outland's 523 bike in the vmx on sat.   good to see everyone there and thanks for the pix.
