Thursday is the World Day of Prayer.
It is a special day to join millions of people around the world to take some time during the day to pray for:
HEALING
for those whose bodies didn't survive the last ride
for those who are suffering
for our Penton bikes that are not working
for those who have lost a loved one
PROSPERITY
for new employment
for another Penton motorcycle
APPRECIATION
for all the good that we have
for our health
for the bikes that we have that are working
for our POG friends and family
for surviving that close call at the last ride
for the riding areas that we have to enjoy
FORGIVENESS
for ourselves for cutting the other guy off at the last race
for others who cut us off at the last race
CELEBRATION
for the new motorcycle or parts purchased
for the motorcycle or part just sold
or anything else that you feel a need
Together we can make a positive difference in the world through prayer.
Please feel free to list your prayer to this posting

Let us pray.

I have a prayer of appreciation to John Penton for coming up with his "Penton" motorcycles. They have brought happiness and joy into our lives. They have also brought all of us Penton riders together.
I have a prayer of appreciation for all the Penton enthusiasts who have come together to make the Penton Owners Group possible. Through their giving, this wonderful web site is available to the world. Through this web site's message board, the giving continues with everyone freely helping others to understand, repair, maintain, and share their motorcycles. Through this message board we have gone beyond the nuts and bolts to expressing our love and concern for the health and welfare of our fellow enthusiasts.
I pray for the protection of all of our fellow riders as they are riding.
I pray for forgiveness for any harm that I have caused Mother Earth and our fellow Human Beings wherever I have ridden my motorcycle in ignorance.
I pray for the families of our fellow riders who have passed on. May their sorrow be comforted.

thanks Al for bringing this to our attention, always a good idea.
please do pray for me, the last few years have been really tough, I will not go into it all... the list is too long but for this discussion let us just say that I have been unable to ride any of my bikes for two long years... the reality is that there just is not enough in the kitty to do that, and I long to ride again..It is never very far from my thoughts...
By the way I am very thankful for everyone on this site, you have been a huge blessing to me... and I do pray for all of you on a regular basis..
