I have several tanks that have been setting for years and it seems the fuel caps will not release.One is on the tank for my 76 mint and would realy hate to damage it.Any good tricks.

PB Blaster sprayed lightly under the cap(let it soak) and a strap wrench. So far, that has worked for me!
