Title: Marzocchi Forks

I am rebuilding a 76 250 mc5 and my front right slider tube is split at the 2 allen bolts .I had the tube welded but when installing axle it split again . any help would be great

Did the weld split or did it break next to the weld ? Please advise

Yes it broke back in the same spot.the shock being made of magnesium makes it hard to weld so they tell me

TOM  GIVE ME A CALL I HAVE ABOUT 10 SETS OF NEW FORKS AND SLIDERS AND ALSO THE OTHER PARTS YOU E.MAILED ME FOR  I HAVE LOTS OF MARZOCCHI PARTS..FISCHER CYCLE 412 781 6309
