Title: steel tankers
Post by: imported_n/a on December 02, 2010, 11:48:26 AM
I have two 6d steel tankers. At least 2 '72-'73 6d 125's in pieces but probably all there.  There is at least one extra penton 125cc.I have two boxes that are full of clutches, springs, nuts and bolts.  I have some NOS spare parts for the Steel tankers.  I want to sell all of my holdings so someone can get some use from them.  I have a Ktm frame with wheels(no handle bars) and misc frames, wheels etc.  I have a box of factory penton tools for rebuilding engines.I can't pack and ship this stuff . when the inventory is complete, I'll put up a list and price guidelines.

The running 6 day steel tanker is is Gallup, NM with some NOS parts. It has original magneto ignition and a NOS spare.  The other is my original 6 day steel tanker in Espanola, NM. It has been parly disassembled but is complete.  I have two 125cc engines  in Espanola.  Almost all of the extra parts are in Espanola. The tools are in an Sachs wooden box in Gallup.  I am going to have to inventory both places to put a value on it.  I want this material to go to a POG member.

The tools are in a wooden box marked buy SACHs.  I am in going to inventory everything as I'm interested in everything going to one buyer or to the POG organization.

JTruex,
Keep us posted on what price you come up with.  I live in Texas and may be interested based on what you have available.  If you could include the frame numbers it would be helpful;  Thanks.
