Post by: Speedy on December 27, 2010, 06:48:45 PM
I know,its not a PENTON,but re-building a old dirt bike(with a Sachs engine)is just that.
We love to restore, whatever it is.
So the restauration of the SACHS MC-GS 250-7A is in full swing and the first of many pics to come are now visible.

It's like visiting an art gallery! :)

I am just amazed at the restoration work some of the members of this site do.  Fantastic stuff.

Good day, eh! (nice work, Speedy)

Speedy - is that bronze that you are welding the frames with, or another alloy blend?

Why do you prefer that over steel?

Such nice work -- if only you had a few apprentices to learn how to work in that fashion!:)
