I picked up a Tyran 125MX yesterday. Anybody know what year it is? Frame number is W2548MX. Anybody have any side panels or fenders they want to sell?

Hi Spencer. Most Tyrans are 73s but many lingered at Mitsubishi and may have been sold as later years. Your Tyran has a stage 3 E.C. Bert pipe. These were options you could order when you bought one. I restored one of these a few years ago. Hugh "Mac " Macdonald and I reproduced the tank stickers and a disclaimer that goes on the left side cover as well as the Reynolds tubing sticker for the swingarm . Hugh either has or can have produced the side covers. He made some sets from my original.I don't know if he has any left.I have NOS front fender brackets, copies of the owners manual and a set of NOS footpegs. I can be reached at 631 423 4113.
