Hey guys, how tight are the two nuts that are on the outsides of the front hub spacer tube supposed to be? They are nos 8 and 35 on the Penton partrs book for the 175 JP. I'm not sure if they were correctly installed on the bike when I got it. I'm guessing that they are supposed to be just finger tight to take out any slack in the assembly. I'm about to put the front wheel back on and don't want to screw it up.

Tight enough to firm it all up solid, no need to torque it, threads strip easily.
when ever I have the front wheel off, I always assemble it leaving all the bolt loose and then take the bike off the stand and with the firm grip on the front brake I rock the bike back and forth. The reason is so that I don't bind the forks as they work through their travel.. then once that is done, I tighten everything up.
