Those are the Sheep Skull riders (at least I think that's their name....or something close). These guys are a regular fixture at most big Euro events.  Saw them at the ISDE in Poland 95 and Finland 96.  Scruffy looking bunch, but great blokes.  They've upgraded their rides.  Back then most were on step-through Hondas, all painted flat black, ratty looking things.  They rode all the way across Europe on those tiddlers to get to the Six Days and then hung out, enjoyed the local beers, and put on wacky displays when the mood struck them.
