Just cut that extra fin away, never get the hole-shot, never win a race, and you should be okay.  Can you do that?

Let me get this straight....a 250 engine will fit in a 175 frame?  Do you have to change the rake?[:0]

Jerry,  How set up are you for rebuilding the Sachs engines?   I know you have recently been tutored by Doug Wilford on Sachs.  Are you able to have Sachs cylinders bored and honed?  I mean, I have one which needs to be worked on....     Joe

hey joe. i recently picked up a complete set of penton special tools including the things needed for sachs engines. anyway, jerry birky does my all cylinders, ktm sachs or otherwise. he's local to us and he does outstanding work for a reasonable price.i'll be gone until after Diamond don's.  be back the 19th. give me a call then if you like.     chi jer
