Ric, All donations of Cheney material accepted. I do have a KSI six page brochure in .pdf form with the John Banks JBR. My Cheney Facebook group is up to 94 members and the collection of bikes now at three. Two Cheney Sachs 125 and one '70 Cheney Triumph 500 twin I'm picking up at Don's. Reportedly to have won the expert heavyweight class of the 1970 Corduroy enduro with John Liebl aboard.
The second Cheney Sachs is already in transition and fingers sore from cleaning nickel plate.

WOW just magnificent
The Jackpiner "sputtered" to life Saturday after a couple of decades of quietly rusting away in a barn or carport. But, not without incident.... The new gas lines were leaking like a sieve at the petcocks even with the fancy stainless clips installed. New stainless footpeg needed a little grinding for clearance of the kickstart lever. Bought or was sold a 520 chain and not 530. Ran again on Sunday but more carb. diagnosis needed. The new "O" ring which seals it to the manifold appears to be too small in diameter. Solution may be in installing a spare gasket from my Triumph 500 which has the "O" ring and gasket. Have determined that I took all the upgrade parts off (slide, needle, jets, etc.) and put the brand new original ones in that were supposed to be replaced. If all else fails a Bing may be in my future but it was great to hear it run :D
