Title: Hand made fuel tank
Post by: rob w on April 26, 2011, 10:24:06 AM
Check out this one off, hand made, aluminum Penton tank that I saw over at my buddy's place. He does'nt have any leads as to who fabricated it, other than it came with some other Penton stuff from the Chicago area.
Other than the welds, that could have been made prettier - it was really done well.

Speaking of neat fuel tanks.  My son blows glass in college (hobby) and his mentor made some really neat glass vessels that would work for a motorcycle fuel tank.  Maybe I could con him into blowing a green toaster tank for a Penton![8D]
