Hello all. I had a 125 penton when I was a kid. The other day I picked up a KTM 80MX for my kids, it is a total basket case. Do any of you have a parts bike, or any leads?

Ed,
I hope someone here can help you. I would also suggest that you go to the Holeshot Engineering website, which is listed in the POG links section.  They have a whole section of their message board devoted to the smaller KTM machines. You better find an old Penton so you can keep an eye on the youngsters!!!!!!!
Paul

Thanks, Paul. I have been digging around on the net for a week or so, and have had no luck with this thing. I really hate do drop it in the dumpster, it is really not in bad shape other than the engine. The original tires are on it, with 90 percent tread. I am considering swapping in an engine from something more common. I doubt it has much value as it is.

Don't be concerned about Dr. 2stroke being in Switzerland. I have personally done business with him and all the goods that he sold me where recieved and in the condition that he described. I will be doing business with him again.

Thanks to all who responded to my post. I have decided to scrap this project and find a more suitable bike for the kids. If any one in Michigan needs a parts bike, come and get it. -Ed
