Got the GS6 running. Could not get voltage out of the brown or white wires (tail lite). Is it ok to use the Yellow (head light), for both head and tail light, or will there not be enough wattage. Somebody randomly cut wires. I will have to look at why no brown or white voltage, unless its ok to just use the yellow.

Sure, you can use the yellow to power both. Of course the headlight will not be as bright, but I would not recommend using it to ride at night anyway. If you really want lights, purchase an MZB ignition from Penton Imports. I have a DC voltage unit on a Montesa that I street ride and it has as good of lighting as any modern street bike.
Oh, by the way, if you are checking your motoplat for voltage with a voltmeter, be sure to use the AC scale.
