#16L must be doctor/surgeon... Note fuel line "shutoff".  He probably said "Nurse" and someone slapped them into his hand as he deftly pinched the fuel line closed.  "Thank you nurse" he uttered as his brow was then dabbed with a sponge to collect the beads of sweat popping up due to the unproven nature of the surgery.  He then looked up with a feeling of being on top of the world as Nurse Pinkbottom readjusted her scrubs slightly.  Her heaving ...Hey! Wait a cotton-picking minute.  This is a family website.  Sorry, lost my head in the excitement...:D

I think 16L is Wes Plunkett. I was talking with him there and he is from Napa CA. And yes he was talking about his fuel petcock or lack of... it would not shut off. He also had a Penton 125 there that the tank was painted black on that he was also racing.
