Quite possibly Michale Gallagardoni his Italian cousin. Regardless, he seems to get around the world. I've also seen him in forums in France, Germany, and Italy [?]

That guy sure looks like Mike. It's amazing how much that they look alike.

Note the photo is not dated. If it were, the presence or absence of a big ol' "Penton" tatoo on the inside of the man's left forearm would tell us for sure. ;)
