well, its over  and there was a pretty decent turn-out. we managed to lengthen the course quite a bit. i hope you guys liked it. i would like some feedback if any of you would like to chime in. i personally liked it much more than in years past but i'm biased and i think that its lays a much better foundation for the course for years to come

Jerry,  Good job, very nice!  Thanks for all you do to make CC a fun time.  I like what you guys were able to do and hope that it lays a foundation for the future. In the tradition of southeastern woods racing, tight and tighter is what we expect.  You delivered.  Good use of elevation changes and good use of chain saw ... Shhhh!

I thought the course was great, they call them bark busters for a reason! A few observations though, 1) What was a modern KTM 300 doing out on course? I don't believe he was a chase rider and kept getting in the way 2) Why was there a lone palmetto out in a turn of the course? Did anyone else notice? Really seemed out of place.

Great job Jerry, I rode both races. I like the longer tracks because it dosen't get beat up so bad.

Jerry, the course was awesome!  For my first race I had no complaints other than I need to get myself in better shape to last a little longer.  Thanks for all the work you put in, and keeping those stumps as close to the ground as possible!  The only spot that started to scare me was that rock hill as the course wore in.  I was fine if I hit it without traffic, but got stuck in a pile up once and that was no fun!
