Are you looking for the plastic tank that has a recess for a seperate KTM emblem on each side? I think that 81 was first year for that style as 80 still used a decal. If so.I probably have what you are looking for.

I've got one also in case Bob's won't work. Mine does not have the recess for the KTM emblem but the clock on the bottom is pointing to the #1 and so I feel it has to fit an 81 bike. Let me know.
