Title: dane's story in local paper
Post by: chicagojerry on December 11, 2011, 09:01:23 AM
a very nice article about dane in today's sunday elyria ohio chronicle telegram. the segment is called "the dash between"  the headline for the article is   'whatever dane did, he made a difference'    very true.  pog president, paul danick, quoted in the article too. its a pretty nice tribute to an extraordinary man that departed us much too soon.  :(

Really nice story.  Paul Danik - you deserve a special thanks for providing information about Dane that helps EVERYONE - not just motorcycle racers - who Mr. 100 was, is, and forever will be.

In the latest POG newsletter (no. 53) Paul Danik mentions more about Dane in his "President's Corner" article.

We have also reprinted the "Requiem for Dane" which was written by Dane's mom, Pat, and handed out at his memorial service.
