Title: Front Wheel Spacer Width
Post by: KJDonovan on February 18, 2012, 03:02:25 PM
I am pulling together a 74 Six Day and I am missing a spacer on the front wheel that goes between the brake hub and the fork tube.  In the parts list I have the part number is 51.09.085.000.  Does anyone know what the length of this should be?  I need to make one up and I am guessing about a ΒΌ inch, but would rather not guess.

Thanks,

Kevin

I make mine, sized to center the wheel in the forks. Hope this helps.

Thanks Lew,  When I shimmed it out with washers to center the wheel, I came up with a 1/4" so I will probably go with that.

Thanks,

KD
