Wow - quite the resto there.  Being a CMF guy myself  [8)], I have a couple of questions - did the steel tanks come with and without the mounts on top of the tank?  If yes - then why does this bike have the rear mount tool bag?  Was that an option?

Bob,

I think many riders found that the tank mount tool bags became a hazard to the family jewels, so they decided to move them to the rear mount.
