Looking for a set of 1984 ktm 495 forks. I have a 1984 dual pull hub & backing plate but need the fork.

Mike, you should be able to use 83 250 forks too, assuming KTM dual leading shoe brakes were all the same those couple of years--believe they were. No idea why the switch to disc, back to dual shoes, then back to disc on the 495 in 83 to 85.
I put 83 250 40MM forks and dual-shoe brake and wheel on my 81 495, just honed stock clamps from 38 to 40MM to get around taper bearing change in 83. Huge difference in braking that beast.

Unforntunatly I don't have those either. Bike is a 1982 GS and wanted to run the dual leading brakes on the bike.
Thanks. Mike
