I have a very original, non restored '77 GS6 250 with 1035 original miles, never been taken apart. It starts on the second kick and runs great. I'm thinking about selling it, any thoughts what it is worth?

Pictures would help out a great deal for pricing. I have a 76 GS 400 and love it!
Nobody?
According to the Comprehensive Vintage Motorcycle Price Guide 2011/2012 Edition, your bike is worth anywhere between $300 to $5,000. The real question here is what's it worth to you...?
The only straight-up answer that you will get on this question is, "it depends..." Depends on the buyer, where the bike is located, how you market it, the time of year, etc.
The only way to get a better answer is to invest the time and effort to follow the market: monitor Ebay, watch auction results and the For Sale section on this web-site.
After some time you will get an appreciation for what the bike might bring (not "what it is worth" - that is a question that really only you can answer - as noted above).
BTW, the answer of $300-5000 is entirely accurate: in the right circumstances there are some steals out there, on the other hand if a bidding war heats up on Ebay or elsewhere, the sky can be the limit!
Hope this helps.

Like kip says "Pictures would help out a great deal for pricing", got any? If so, click on search and read the post about posting pics. Mike

Its worth 700 .00 tops... Old rubber, old seals, will need motor gone through.
Ok sense a price has been put out there. How much are you asking for the bike. Or was it ever for sale..
