i am selling a 1976 penton that i purchased in april from a old time POG member . the bike is a verified 2 owner only bike . i have all original titles/bills of sale for the 2 owners showing history (1976-80)(1980-2012)the bike and was a strong runner when i got it. i sandblasted/painted the frame, had the front forks and rear shocks rebuilt by a local POG member . had front/rear wheel bearings replaced and cleaned it up a bit. bike comes with a clear texas title in my name and original dealer blue binder and all receipts /notes from over 30 years ( including old j penton phone numbers!! ) i am selling it only because i acquired a 1976 MC5 125 here (thats was what i originally wanted but they are so rare i felt i would never find one)
i could not figure how to load pictures here so i posted them all on a public photobucket page you can just click on //WWW.PHOTOBUCKET.COM/KACE0404 ( the 0404 are numbers ) i will be glad to visit with you by phone and help anyway i can in getting it to you i am listing it here first so it can hopefully stay in the group i am pricing it at $2500. will always accept 1978-80 KTM 125's as trade material thanks david wheat

You're welcome David. That's a good looking bike you have. I have one like that, and I can't wait to start building it. Good luck.
To post pictures -
-on your photobucket page, point at the picture in the album you want to transfer, a white box with 4 codes will pop up just below your picture.
- go down to "IMG Code" and click on it. It will copy even with a left click.
-then go to the forum page you're writing here. When you right click on your mouse, there will be a pop up, then left click on the word paste. That code will transfer to the page, and the image will appear automatically after you post.

Raymond,
Looks like a red one to me, that's kinda far from home, wonder how it found it's way all the way over to the east coast.

No, not dark enough for red, probably just a repaint. Mike

no it was originally orange and the paint was bad. I painted just the tank, side covers, engine covers and swing arm. The frames paint is still original. Thats a 5 y/o picture. It still runs and looks great!!
