Title: 1973 Six Days Chain Guide Installation
Post by: jdbushnell on October 28, 2012, 02:19:53 PM
Trying to piece together the reproduction chain guard and chain guide brackets on our Six Days. I see where the guard goes and the front chain guide bracket as one of the legs is shorter and lines up with a mounting hole on the frame. Does the rear chain guide bracket go in front of the chain guard or behind it? Could go either place and would probably work. Just wondering how others do it. [?]

Bracket goes behind the guard. (outside, closer to tire)
