I have got 2 indoor swap meet spaces reserved and will have room on my trailer for hauling a bike or 2 from Illinois to there, or back if needed. I am also delivering a bike from Springfield IL to Greer, SC and one back to IL on this coming Tuesday if anyone needs a bike picked up right away. Mike

Hey Jerry, you have room to take my 250 engine back with you?

I'll be there looking for any late 60's Triumph stuff and some Penton bits.

Jeff,
2 broken bones. severe arthritous damage. sprained wrist. football size bruise on right thigh. Because of the ribs, couldnt take a big breath for a week.
  Bike ok... Broke helmet.
I think that new Thor full body armor is what saved me from some serious damage..
The emt's about crapped when my blood pressure dropped from
122 over 72   down to   76 over 49..
They wanted to start cutting off everything...

Getting better day by day..

I have two Huskies that I'm offering for sale to raise some funds and create some room for some Penton projects that I have. If anyone is interested, I will be taking them to Rik Smits' Vintage Swap Meet to put in the bike corral there, or you can just pick them up from me there. Willing to help all I can to make delivery possible elsewhere also. The bikes are stored at my nephew's house and hope to get some current pictures this weekend for those that would like to see them.

    1) 1976 Husqvarna 360WR. Bike is in very good overall condition and has a MZB ingition system installed and all lights work. My nephew Chuck rode this bike in a couple of Reunion Rides, otherwise it has seen little action. I think I have the original certificate of origin for this bike. Ready to ride Asking $1200.

    2) 1979 Husqvarna 390WR. This bike is real nice original condition survivor that runs and rides Chuck has had this bike out for a recreational ride every now and then. Has original stock light kit on it also, I believe. I haven't seen this one in a while so I can't remember too much about it at this time. Pictures of it to come. Asking $1200 for this one also.

I'm looking for a '75/'75 250 Penton engine if anyone has or knows of one. A running engine or a good core.
   Thanks a lot,
   Dan McEntee

Dan, I have a 250 Penton engine I'll bring to the meet.  It's my back-up race engine.  Runs, but needs an ignition.  See you there,

I'll be bringing a bike to deliver and one to put in the bike corral. I'm driving up from St. Louis that morning, and with loosing an hour to the Eastern time zone I should get there right as it opens at 9AM, earlier if I can manage it. I'm looking forward to it!
   See you there,

Just came back from helping Rik set up; 20 more spaces than last spring, food vendors, and a big indoors building plus outside space in weather that looks gorgeous, can't wait!

P.S. it pays to go early and help, i already picked a couple of parts!

Wow, what a great time at the Lebanon swap, Rik, and company did another outstanding job.  Found a few nice bits and pieces and sold a few.  Win win situation.  Hope all had a safe trip home!!  See you at the next swap:D

I didn't get a chance to get over and talk to you Kip but was eyeing your green MX tank.  Luckily time ran out for me and my mind was made up.  I had a lot to do in a short time.  Can't leave momma at home with my 3 spawn for too long or there won't be a house to come back to!

Thanks to everyone that showed up to say hi and pick up some parts.

Rick is doing it right. The new building provided more space and is a better set up. There was a nice flow to it. The inside vendors were split up into 2 areas with the food vendor in between. Outside vendors were right outside the entrance door. It was easy to get around and see everything. Plus, there were may door prizes being given away during event.

The atmosphere was like a big family get together. Rick and his crew are wonderful hosts who made it a fun and enjoyable event.

I predict that this building will be sold out with vendors at his next swap meet and he will be moving the operation to an event bigger building. ;)

Found the pipe I was looking for but not any handlebars for my 1972 six day project. I agree it was a great event. Met many POG members for the first time and found a few deals which were too good to pass up! I will try to make the next swap meet for certain!

Agreed!  I shot some video and will be posting to You Tube with a link here.  Also met Buzz Walneck for the first time.  What a nice guy and a true pioneer of swap meets; 34 years he's been doing this!  The weekend convinced me to start selling at swaps myself, and attending some of his.
