Title: 125 front hub
Post by: SoCal996 on May 28, 2002, 04:36:01 PM
I just took the plunge and bought what I believe is a late '72 or early '73 125 based on the frame number 211XXXX. I've completely disassmebled the bike for painting and may have the engine reworked.

However in taking the bike appart, I'm not sure it has a 125 front hub. The axle does not extend through the nut, which makes me wonder is the hub might be from a 250. Does anyone know how to tell for sure if it is a 250 or some other model hub. It is black and magnesium. One other point of reference, the rim is an Akront.

Thanks,
Brian

Brian,
Sounds like you have parts from a new model.
Call me and we can discuss.
