The registry is still a work in progress. Still hoping to get a page on the website with information and links to the survey and a periodically updated listing. Currently, there are 13 on the list with some located with no information offered, a couple in Europe, and a couple from the net and some persistent detective work.

The Survey and summary form are available in .pdf form upon request :D

Lew, Send Dale an email and he will send you a pdf file, you can fill out right on your computer.
