I do too, but there arent any on there now. I'm in no hurry so I can wait for some to come up.

Look on Puch, Maico Husqvarna, they used the exact same ones. Some on Puch MX right now. NOS levers are under Magura Levers (listed as Husqvarna levers).  Be creative on Ebay, you will find tons of stuff. Recently, I just bought a NOS 4:00x18 Metzeler for $40!
