Brand new in the box. Sachs head radial fin. These were used for 125 and 152's With 60mm dome this one is for a 152. This is in box with ZERO damage. First $80+ shipping.
Box is ink stamped 0613 106 103. Head has 0613 106 097.8 cast in it.
Combustion chamber measures 60mm. Set up for a 152. Can send photos. With a little lathe work you might be able to bring dome back to 54-55mm and chamber resized accordingly?
Ted
Correct me if I'm wrong but if the dome is 60mm it can only be used in a 152cc application.
A similar one is listed on Ebay by swapmeetman along with a cast iron cylinder that are both labeled as 125cc but look like 152cc.

A factory fresh 100cc bore is 48mm, 125cc bore is 54mm, and a 152cc is 60mm. Yes, the head dome size closely follows the bore size.
Anyone looking at the Ebay items (or any cylinder and head) might want to inquire in detail before purchasing.
I bought a alloy 125cc cylinder that was "supposed" to be usable based on the description/bore measurement only to find it was checked at the very top of the cylinder where there is no wear and the real size from there down was beyond end of life.

The milled radial head on ebay is MayBe for a 152cc, My 152 head is 60mm across of the taper edges .The stock radial 125 head is 55mm as well as the short fin style. You could run the 152 head with a over size 125 55mm to 56mm set up, as the 152 head is milled and is a higher compression dome .
Further checking on the heads I have the Ebay Radial Head has a deferent cut and dome from my 152 head ,and my earlier 125 radial head ..... so it might have a updated factory milling for a 125 [?] I think Penton made the mods to the heads for the 152 . any chimes ?
If the stock short finned heads are nicknamed "butch" heads.
Could'nt the radial finned heads be nicknamed "afro's".
