Title: Precision honeing sacks cylinder
Post by: GinoCasino on March 10, 2014, 07:00:47 PM
I am looking for someone with a precision Hone to hone my Sacks 125 cylinder. (Hone with four stones not a Ball Hone)  and also tell me what size piston I need.

Gino,
One of your better bets is to take the cylinder to Penton Racing Products.  Jerry knows how to measure it properly for you and has everything needed to hone a Sachs motor, I know, he did mine. You are lucky, you are in Ohio and not too far away.  Schedule it in advance and come to the POG meeting, too.
Good luck
Rob
