Title: 75 Penton / Seat Question
Post by: KJDonovan on March 25, 2014, 11:27:05 AM
I have a seat badge question I am hoping someone has an answer to.  I am restoring a 75 Penton 400 and I was curious if these bikes originally had anything badged on the back of the seat?  Was it blank, was it "Penton", was it "Penton" with "KTM" or just "KTM"?  The seat I have is about 50% duct tape so I cannot tell from it, and in looking through the gallery here I can't seem to find a photo where I can see the back of the seat for one of these bikes.

Thanks,

Kevin

Kevin

I put KTM/Penton on the back of my 76 400.  That is how the original was.  I used the stencil from Randy Kirkbride
