Title: Help Wanted...
Post by: iyaoyas on April 10, 2014, 10:38:31 AM
Looking for expert assistance with rebuilding my 125cc Sachs engine for a Wassell project. I'd love to do the build myself but just do not have the time. My plan is to have the engine finished in time for VMD @ Mid-Ohio (mid-June time frame) so hopefully someone in the POG group can and is willing to do the job...???

I have an NOS cylinder, cyl. head, 5 new gears, layshaft and crankshaft (w/con rod). Going to need bearings, gaskets, piston/rings and misc. seals, etc.

In the mean time I need to focus what little spare time I have on restoring the wheels, frame, fenders, exhaust, seat, hand controls, carburetor, suspension, brakes and all the other bits & pieces.

Please reply with your contact info. if you can help. Thanks-

-Stephen

Jerry Birky is the go-to guy.   He is doing the work that Dane Leimbach did, in the same shop.   I will look up his contact info.
