Interesting interview, mentions Bill West who I purchased my New! 73 Penton Six Day at his shop on 28th Street in St. Petersburg Fl. Drove by the old building the other day..... still remember loading that bike on the trailer to bring her home.
Nice article! Known Larry for a long time. Quick story: back in the early 80's, Kathy and I happened to be down in Florida (lived in Toledo at the time). We decided to go watch the St. Petersburg national. Larry noticed us spectating along the track and graciously waved us into the infield to watch the remainder of the race. Ha!!
