Title: Ceriani 35mm Fork Tube

I need to replace a fork tube with all of its valves, bushings, etc. on a 70 -71 Steel Tanker.  The original tube is bent and unusable.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Tube is 35mm OD and approximately 22 inches long.
 
I might have some Penton parts to negotiate for a trade.
