A few years ago I had someone here straighten a pair of forks for me. I can't remember who. I think it might have been Ted, t20sl. Anyone here straighten forks? My jackpiner has a little bend in the forks.

Probably was me. I use 3 steel blocks. a hydraulic press with a dial indicator built into a custom made press head. Blocks were custom made to most every common size tubes. 28mm 30mm 32mm 34mm 35mm 38mm plus inch sizes. I have probably about 20 sizes. Charge $78/pr which is shop labor at 1 hour. Not all can be straightened, if they are kinked or are bent more than say about 1/2" I wouldn't recommend it.

Ted,I thought it was you. Would you be intersted in doing another pair?
You did a pair off my 250 harescrambler and they were pretty bad too. These are off my jackpiner. I don't think they are that bad. I noticed it when I had the forks off and I put everything back together and went to put the front wheel back on and I couldn't get the wheel between the forks. I rotated the top tube and the bottom moved out enought to get the wheel on.
