That's the first bike I restored when getting into this 3 years ago.  Sold it to a gentleman vintage enthusiast friend of mine 2 years ago. It's a 73, not a 74.  If anyone wants questions answered, feel free to email me.

Oh that is purty...someone needs to buy that and hit their local vintage XC racing scene.  I was going to say that all it looks like all it needs are some racing shocks, but those are some kind of gas-charged shock on their already.  What are they, Keith?

The shocks are Falcons, and they do have air valves.
