Jon.
Was one of my hero's to watch ride, smoothest young privateer I knew and I see him briefly in the movie as a State Champion at Lexington, Ohio.... then I found a 1975 Cycle news where he again Ohio State Champ, Open Class, course on one of those yellow things with no shocks !
Victor
One of my best friends! I believe that Jon earned 5 state championships from 1973-1979. Phil Alderton won 4 or 5 too.
I'm still very close to Jon's family, including Jon's daughter Cassidy . Jon would be so proud to see how she turned out!!

Jeff.
I have been finding lots of "oldies" Cycle News, etc... Jon was one of the best racers I knew. Rumor has it Jeff Greenberg was no "slacker" either !
When I went to races I would always be so much more excited when you guys were there to see some fine "artists" at work (fun), I guess those guys in the "Cycleliner" were exciting to see show up, too.
Jon would give them their money's worth !
Watch for the next newsletter for more on Mr. Greenberg :D:D:D
