Can anyone help me the correct shock length (eye to eye) for a 1981 ktm 250 mc? Thanks.
Ron Carbaugh
I think I have the answer. It is 13.75 to 14 inches depending on how fast you want the steering. If anyone disagrees with this let me know. Thanks for the emails.
Ron Carbaugh
16.25 inch i believe.

I agree with Adrian. My 1980 MC80 250 had Factory Fox Shox and they were approximately that length. I wish I had never sold that bike! Those bikes sit very tall. Mike

Yes Mike,
I actually had mine running lower than stock when i used fox airshox on mine.

Thanks Adrian I will pass this along. I never owned any 1980's KTM bikes so i had nothing to measure it by from my notes or in my shop.
