Talked to guy tonight that has a Puch 175 MX. Says it's complete, and the motor does turn over. Trying to help him put a value on it so he can decide whether to sell or not. Will need a total go thru. I could possibly get it to Mid Ohio if anyone is interested .... Let me know your thoughts, Thx
