Title: Front Brake Identification and Shoes?

Can anyone help me identify the front brake in these images?  http://s1381.photobucket.com/user/asjdave/library/

It doesn't stop very well and I'd like to try a new set of shoes.  Other suggestions for improving stopping performance would also be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Those are the standard front wheel hub and backing plate for the Penton Motorcycles.
I have the Ferodo brand shoes for these in stock. Give me a call 216-651-6559.
