Title: 1974 250 clutch problem

Replaced cable, and the 2 rods and ball bearing the clutch pulls really hard any way to make it easier to pull my jackpiners pull easy any help will do.

Lube the cable with silicone.It makes a big difference. And route it with the least amount of bends.

Tried oiling the cable and running it with any bends still super hard to pull going call Jerry and see what he can do.

Back in the day we used Dri Slide lube and wide radius bends.....

If the shear cuts made on the cable sheath wasn't cleaned up properly before installing the ferrules, no amount of lube will allow the cable to glide past the burr easily.  Your cable will probably show evidence of this binding, however.
